L.A.B OZ.1i Putter 2025

SOLID CONSTRUCTION
OZ.1i is our first half-moon style mallet putter, and the solid-body construction of the putter – no large holes or fangs like our other mallet putters – felt incredible from the start.
 
We spent a great deal of time fine tuning OZ.1i to make it the most “normal” mallet putter we’ve ever created in terms of sound and feel. Not that normal is always good, but it's good in this case.
 
THE OZ.1i INSERT
See the screws in the visuals? OZ.1i is also our first putter with a face insert, and the insert and putter body are fastened to feel like one piece. It's called a mechanical bond, and it contributes to the firmer, yet solid feel that is specific to OZ.1i. 
 
Yes, we really went all out with feel on OZ.1i and OZ.1, our one-piece aluminum model that has a softer feel and will be available in late January.  

STABILITY WINS
Off-center hits never feel quite as good, but Lie Angle Balance minimizes the negative effects. With our technology, the entire putter head is moving at the same speed throughout the stroke. That contributes to a more efficient energy transfer and a better feel. It's why you can hit our putters off the toe or the heel and still get great results.  
 
In terms of the stability of OZ.1i and OZ.1, we made sure these new models measured up to our extremely popular DF3. That's one thing our L.A.B. Rats loved about DF3, so we worked hard to keep it. 

As you probably know, we've always been more of a function-over-form putter company. We think the putter that rolls the straightest rolls the best. 
 
But in this case... why not have both?
